Key responsibility

Core Responsibilities Design Creation & Execution: Produce high-quality visual assets for various media (digital and print), including logos, websites, social media graphics, brochures, and packaging. This often involves producing sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Brand Consistency: Act as a "design guardian" to ensure all visual materials consistently follow established brand guidelines and standards across all platforms. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of work within project deadlines and budgets. Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas and best practices to the content and the design process. User-Centered Design (especially for UX/Product Designers): Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure the final product is intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly
